Dating back to Mr. Blandings Builds his Dream House in 1947, Petaluma has also been the backdrop for many feature films, the most famous being American Graffiti. Fans and vintage car collectors celebrate the film every May during Petaluma’s Salute to American Graffiti. Star Wars fans will want to reserve a tour of Rancho Obi-wan, home of the  world’s largest collection of Star Wars memorabilia.
