Join the Petaluma Women’s Chorus’ concert to honor International Women’s Day! First celebrated in 1911, International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.

We’ll celebrate women’s accomplishments by sharing the joy of singing together with the women’s chorus, women from the Rohnert Community Chorale, and other singers. Many of our selections feature music and/or lyrics by women.

Our event will also highlight two long-standing women’s organizations in Petaluma–the Petaluma Women’s Club and the Petaluma chapter of the American Association of University Women–and their support of charitable works, especially women’s education.
