Enjoy Petaluma Community Band’s winter concert with your friends and neighbors. It may not be a white Christmas for Sonoma County, but the toys from Babes in Toyland are on the move.. Enjoy the thematic weavings of Gustav Holst, as well as of a noted anime movie composer. Imagine buffaloes wandering the prairie, jesters dancing to Tchaikovsky, and troops marching to Colonel Bogey. Tap your feet to works featuring brass and percussion, then leave humming Duke Ellington’s standard tunes. Director Arlene Burney created award-winning jazz and concert bands during her long tenure teaching performing arts at Casa Grande High. Following the show, enjoy free refreshments as you mingle with the musicians.

Entry is free, with donations welcome.

Concert venue is the multipurpose room which fronts the parking lot, and is fully accessible.
