Celebrate harvest time along the Sonoma County Farm Trails! Gather up the whole family for our annual Weekend Along the Farm Trails Fall Tour!

Choose your own agrarian adventure from dozens of farms and producers to discover where your food, fiber, and flowers come from. Take farm tours, pick pumpkins and flowers, meet farm animals, enjoy tastings and workshops, shop for the tastiest ingredients at charming farm stands, and support local small-scale agriculture while you’re at it.

All ages are welcome! Registration is free and easy, but required to access the insider’s guide and interactive map to the tour destinations. Note that not all destinations will be open both days; they may also have special hours. Some sites will offer snacks, lunches, or bucolic picnic sites.

Note that some activities may require a fee and additional RSVP, and due to the rural nature and natural terrain of tour stops, not all route participants will be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please review the Accessibility Consideration section in the tour directory for further details.
