The beaver may be settling in for winter, but we’re celebrating with a magical early-evening paddle beneath the Beaver Supermoon on the Petaluma River. This guided experience with The Floathouse Petaluma offers a spectacular front-row seat–and a dry one, in our Hobie pedal kayaks! Just two days before the feasting begins, get outside and play–on “Petaluma’s Longest Park,” the Petaluma River.

Moonrise occurs just before sunset, creating a rare overlap of glowing moonlight and lingering daylight. From the water, guests enjoy sweeping views as the moon lifts over the wetlands, reflected in calm tides.

Participants float along in deluxe pedal kayaks, making this an easy, accessible outing for all. The small group setting (just 10 guests) and knowledgeable local guide create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll return to the downtown dock in time for dinner, drinks, or dessert just steps away. Guests receive 15% off at TAPS on the River, with many other Petaluma favorites nearby.
