City of Lights Driving Tour

House decorated with colorful holiday lights under full moon

Petaluma embraces the holiday spirit like the historic Americana town it is. So many homes and businesses get in on the holiday fun that Visit Petaluma produces a City of Lights Driving Tour map to help you find them. Grab the map on Dec 1 to plan your winter wonderland adventure. December 14-25, 2026, KPCA provides the soundtrack. Tune into Petaluma Community Radio at KPCA 103.3 (or stream at petalumacommunityaccess.org/KPCA) to enjoy holiday music as you tour the beautifully decorated streets. This community-building tradition has been a popular family activity for many years. Using the map, visitors and residents alike easily locate the most spectacularly decorated houses in Petaluma.

Here are a few examples from years past to whet your appetite.
