Float, Flow, and Bask in a Magical Sound Bath. Whether you’ve never tried yoga, never stood on a paddle board, or already love both, this welcoming experience invites you to simply show up and Be Here.

After a short, gentle paddle, participants anchor together in the calm waters of the Petaluma Turning Basin for a relaxed, guided yoga session led by our very own Miki Romo, who loves sharing the magic of our tidal river. We’ll anchor our wide, stable boards, making this special experience approachable for beginners. As you settle into the mystical sound bath, you’ll savor this opportunity to breathe with the rhythm of the waterway that continues to shape life in this small Northern California river town.

Surrounded by sky and buoyed by tides, you’ll experience Petaluma from its original center—the river itself. Ahhh.
