Reservations & TicketsEmbark on a sensory journey with our Olio Nuovo Experience, led by our President, Samantha Dorsey.
We will start by picking our own olives in the orchard, running them through our mill, and then taste the Olio Nuovo moments after the olives are crushed. Your experience culminates in a locally crafted lunch featuring Olio Nuovo, paired with our small-lot wines.
