Experience a uniquely Petaluma evening on the water during the Harvest Moon, when moonrise arrives just before sunset—casting warm light across the Petaluma River and downtown skyline.

Hosted by The Floathouse Petaluma, this guided paddle in deluxe Hobie pedal kayaks–designed for comfort and ease–lets you focus on the scenery, the season, and the sense of connection that comes from sharing the river together. With only 10 guests per outing, this nighttime experience is intimate, relaxed, and welcoming to visitors and locals alike.

The Harvest Moon traditionally marks a time of gratitude and abundance. On the Petaluma River, it’s an invitation to reflect on the waterway that shaped the city and continues to bring people together today.
