Tequila Pairing in a Historic Setting
October 19 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm| $60
There is so much more to be discovered about tequila than how to mix a margarita. On the evening of October 19, enjoy a professionally guided tour of five different varieties of Tequila under the stained glass dome of the Petaluma Historical Library and Museum, a former Carnegie Library built in 1904.
As you sip, learn about the process and distinctive characteristics of each variety. The experience and flavor will be further enhanced by pairing the tasting with a dish created by Amber Balshaw, professional chef and owner of Preferred Sonoma Caterers.
