Have you always wanted to learn more about the cheesemaking process? Donna Pacheco, owner of Achadinha Cheese Co., will guide you through it and along the whey…you’ll learn what makes their cheese so delicious.

Upon arrival you will roll up your sleeves, put on a hairnet and get your hands wet in a vat full of curds. Learn how to use the equipment and see the cheese aging room before being treated to a full ranch tour that includes everything from the Milking parlor to the Loafing barn. Count on plenty of cheese tasting of amazing Achadinha cheese before lunch in the family party room.
