The Petaluma Arts Center, next to the Visitors Centers, is a welcoming introduction to all our community has to offer. From there, it just a few blocks to downtown where there are more than a dozen galleries within walking distance. Live theater and music happen almost nightly in historic and intimate venues throughout town.

Cinnabar Theater presents "Born Yesterday" WHEN: May 25 to June 10, 2012 Ex-show girl and mistress, Billie Dawn, gets a new lesson on life and love when her corrupt and uncouth junk czar boyfriend hires a newspaper reporter to tutor her in current events, grammar and gentility for mixing with political elite in Washington D.C. As relevant and funny today as when it made its 1946 Broadway debut, "Born Yesterday" still charms with its bittersweet comedy and sardonic look at Washington politics when newly educated Billie Dawn adopts a new view of herself and uncovers her boyfriend's political schemes. Featuring award-winning film actress Heather Gordon as Billie Dawn; Gary Grossman as Harry Brock; and Paul Huberty as Paul Verrall.
