CELEBRATE IN 2008!
Events and Highlights of the yearlong 150th Celebration: in addition to the highlights below most major events during 2008 will also feature Petaluma's 150th Birthday Theme.

Mayor's Gala Mayor's on March 29, 2008 at 6 p.m. in the Petaluma Veteran's Memorial Building an evening of great local food and entertainment.

The July 4th Sesqu'Fest Community Event - A community-wide festival, at the Sonoma Marin Fairgrounds will feature food, beverag booths, music, activities, hands on art projects, a specially commissioned theater piece by Cinnabar Theatre, headline entertainment and will finish with a Fireworks display.
Youth Art Contest ! Petaluma's depict our town's past, present and future to be exhibited at the Annual Art in the Park event and at other highlight events during the year. For more details about the contest see the printer-friendly press release.
