Retail merchandise is intended for sale by local merchants only. All bulk orders must be picked up at the Petaluma Visitor Program. Bulk order pickups must be pre-arranged 48 to 72 hours in advance. Pre-arranged pickups can be made by calling 707-769-0429.

For merchants who will resell these items, a valid Resellers Permit needs to be on file with the Visitors Program. Please fill in this form and fax to 707-283-0528. You will be contacted within 48 to 72 hours for access information.

After you receive your access password, you may purchase these items now: they are available. Purchases may be made by filling out the form and returning it, with a check, to the Petaluma Visitor Center either by mail or in person. Or you may purchase via PayPal, with a credit card or linked bank account, via PayPal's secure system.
